I didn't want an extension, I wanted to be able to login to my account which should be provided by the support. However during the time I had the license, their support never replied to me. And once I made the DD they replied to me, and now they started ignoring again.

You aren't being ignored. You forgot your password and support told you that we cant recover the account but he helped you find your username and extended your license as you requested

Twez said the truth same happened to me, but with different tool. This guy very bad seller I bought a tool from Rent too and am still waiting for a support answer. he lies about what he sells, and when some problem happens because of that lie, he can't solve it and just ignores it.

I just didn't open DD because I didn't have an opportunity to do it, but I have all the screenshots to prove what I'm talking about.

No Support: Lie about what he sells - disappear after receiving the payment.
