Additional Information:He had to give me 25 euros or 28  $  yesterday because in the thread he said if someone will give me 12.5 euros right now will give him 25 euros back tommorow . We deal and he had to give me the money yesterday he obviously didn t respond and today asked me if he can refund ltc I said sure and never responded back again . He also modified the thread that one other guy already gaved him . Will provide blochchain transactions too if is needed.
