Additional Information:
* I bought paypal account on his shop and after i received 60€ the account was instantly limited.
* I have to pay 4€ everytime i want to access to the account (2.9€ for receiving sms and 1€ for 1hour proxy) <-- not mentioned 
* https://ibb.co/L1rMQGf <-- sell post say "Verified with VCC" but no VCC on the account it's a lie.
* Seller told me (after) that i have to warm up the account with small amount <-- not mentioned on guide
*  more than 24 hours without response to the telegram conversation
