Additional Information: first he provided me a invalid rdp(shown in 4th screenshot) then he finally gave me a working one, but now it has stopped working and when i told him that in the ticket he said he wont give me what i have paid for.
His selling thread is now deleted because he was proxy-selling.
Also he is selling azure rdps which is against the rules?

secondly you said "i didn't want a virtual machine , i needed a rdp".  then you are in this report saying "Also he is selling azure rdps which is against the rules?"  you yourself are saying that they are rdps no matter if they are azure, you should have asked him first if they were azure rdps . if you didn't expect them well then tuff i cant do anything about it.

he didn't pay me so i cant refund open a scam report on the guy who you bought from its like u buy from an ad on c.to and you want a refund because the item/service isnt what you expected you would open a scam report against the person you bought it from not the person who put the ad on c.to. for my part and many others we got what we wanted, its not my problem if you didnt get what you expected my rdp stopped working once and he replaced.

My TOS does matter because he AGREED ON THEM WHEN HE JOINED THE SERVER and he threatend me spammed me which is against my TOS

He agreed upon my tos when he joined the server and when he made a ticket and bought from me he also threatend me which is against my tos and it clearly says in my tos that i'm not obliged to help anyone that breaks these rules
