Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 30 Euro by locking my paypal account.

Additional Information: Me and this scum agreed I will hold paypal for him for 10% fee. Instant payout to crypto, I warned him ahead if he will send G/S it will go on a hold unless he sends 5 more transactions to unlock them. (thats how paypal works). I am pointing out the account I used was fully ID verified, and aged and well transacted on FNF)!!!
He sent two payments towards my account one was 10.99USD
Other one was for 42.99USD.
I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION, HE PROMISED ME 0.00 CHARGBACK AND DISPUTE RATE!! OTHERWISE I WOULD OF NOT AGREED!!!

Then, he has told me his business had issues, and his CUSTOMERS MIGHT RAISE DISPUTE AGAINTS MY PAYPAL!!!
The thing is, he actually willingly told HIS CUSTOMERS to make the disputes, instead of them making it their decision as seen in this screenshot:

THE POINT IS HE TOLD ME SOMEONE MIGHT DISPUTE, WHILE HE KNEW HE IS WILLINGLY TELLING THEM TO DISPUTE!!
Where he could of just told me shit was going bad, and I would of refunded them.
The problem comes in that my account got FULLY fucked for those two disputes, since paypal hates when non business accounts gets disputed. Causing me to lose 30EURO that was in the paypal account that belonged to me from a invidual sale.
The account being fully killed resulting in me losing these 30 euro for ever. I want these back!
He promised me 0,00 dispute rate and chargerbacks and he broke his part of the deal which resulted in my paypal getting fucked and me losing my funds. I POINT OUT AGAIN!! HE WAS THE ONE TO TELL HIS CUSTOMERS TO DISPUTE IT!
Crypto address for a refund: will respond depending what crypto he wants to refund in/paypal.
