Additional Information: So I have bought some decathlon giftcards, whenever I tried to order something from the website the orders were getting automatically cancelled at first, I was told that I could use 11 gc's per order so I bought that many to fulfill my order. After trying many times from different accounts and countries I gave up on the product that I was initially interested in and for which I had bought the giftcards. I tried to order bunch of different products from bunch of different accounts and one order (152eur) went trough, after that I contacted the decathlon support and they told me that I should be using 10 gc's per order at maximum. After the talk with the support and them reassuring me that if I use 10 gc's everything will work just right I went back and bought another 5 gc's to try and order but orders from none of my account went trought until I made a new account and after 11 order 12th went trough but is not getting shipped. The 12th order was made using giftcards and PayPal because every time decathlon was canceling my order (20-25) times they were dividing the giftcards and in some cases even not refunding giftcards saying that there was a problem with them and they will be manually refunded which never happened despite me calling and writing to ask what is happening.

I have a lot of messages so if I don't answer try to contact me again because I can't handle everything, it's true that you asked me to refund the last purchase (5x40), I think you did something wrong because I never had a problem but I agree to refund you, I just checked the gift cards and you didn't use them. so I offer to refund you 110€, the total amount of your last order, in fact, you have 2 days of guarantee and as promised I will refund you.
But I will not refund you 309€ as you wrote on your post... You had 2 days to ask me for a refund and you didn't.
If you agree I will send you 111.35€ (with hoodpay fees) in ltc.

You are right, I did not ask for a refund within 2 days for the first purchase of 200 euro worth of gc's. But that was just because the purchase was made sunday morning and I had just one day to deal with the decathlon support (they are shitty af) and did not make any progress on that auto-cancellation issue within that day. The other thing is that your information about the 11 gc's per order was wrong and that set me back even more until I found out. Nevertheless I accept your gesture of refunding me the last purchase because I never had issues with your service before.
