Additional Information:
Seller initially said he had 3 accounts in stock and would take 1 hour to deliver after receiving payment.
Payment was sent by myself and confirmed by the seller.
Seller reaffirmed that it would take 1-1.5 hours to deliver the account.
He went silent for 5 hours so i checked in for an update, he replied saying it will take 1 more hour, i waited another another 5 hours before i got another update saying that he was waiting for simssms support to be online to reactive a phone number, he said that support was now there and he will get it activated. I didnt hear anything else for the rest of the day, went to bed and woke up to no messages from the seller.
I asked for another update, waited 12 hours for a reply and havent heard anything back.
I would prefer to receive the account that we agreed upon rather than the money but if there's problems and the seller cannot fulfill the order for whatever reason i want a refund.
