@TheRadiant He clearly paid you and your paypal got limited. Why should he pay again? When he already did it. It is not his fault that got the paypal limited it can be because of many different reasons.

Before payment he was told to send fnf as i use exchangers who trade alot daily and want money to be received instant , withdrawn and then give crypto
but he sent echeque , & before it could even clear paypal got limited and that money is lost
I had warned him incase of any issue with payment as he sent echeque and not fnf he will have to repay
Thats why i suppose he needs to repay
