Please correct your grammar I cannot understand what you are saying. I was within the 15 minutes warranty as I immediately sent a message to the support chat on the website after receiving the account with no response for over 2 hours. Therefore, I had to contact the Telegram support, where I was told they are experiencing issues and cannot issue me a replacement. I am now requesting a refund as I paid for an account and did not receive a working one.
