Additional Information: Last time I had a dispute open he closed it saying the issue was resolved when it truly wasn't, I've been more than patient. he can either send the money back or give me an account pretty simple. it doesn't take months to find an account he is clearly scamming me. the first account he sent me said wouldn't get revoked and lo and behold it did.
