Additional Information:
The situation is this, I asked for a refund in Heaven's discord, I had communicated what I wanted to refund, I was told it was ok I placed the order and after the items arrived Grabbitz did the double dip even though I wasn't so convinced to do the double dip but I wanted a simple refund anyway I accept I wait for the other 2 items of the double dip and I send them to an address given to me by Heaven the same day the second order arrived, after a few days I receive the communication that amazon closed my account and then I was told that they could not make the refund telling me that it was not their fault that my account had been closed, premise: I have never had double Amazon accounts with my same data, never used a VPN to enter or make Amazon orders and above all never used another refund service in the said account. Hence I lost both the account and the refund Heaven said that Grabbitz probably failed the refund, meanwhile Grabbitz was no longer there in Heaven's server (look at the screen shots).
A few days later I get a communication from amazon asking me for the previously refunded items back, so I asked Heaven if it was possible to give me back the 2 double dip items so I could repay amazon's debt with those but the answer was that the items were no longer there.

Okay let me explain:

The refund failed due to you or one of your family member/ friends or someone else with your credit card or address creating an amazon account and getting it banned due to a Violation of the Terms of Service.
Proof 1:
(HIS ACCOUNT GOT CLOSED DUE TO HIS OWN FAULT)


Proof 2:
(THIS IS THE EMAIL THAT STATES IT IS DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND GETTING IT BANNED)

Our Response:

(WE TOLD HIM WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE DUE TO THIS BEING HIS OWN FAULT AND THEREFORE WE ARENT RESPONSIBLE)




We told him to unblock his account and email Amazon but this happened:



So we tried helping me and it went going on:




NOW HERE IS THE FUCKING PROBLEM:

I told Logik. We are going to do a double Dip on Amazon. He sends me the double dipped Items but therefore he gets the refund for only 5% instead of 10%.

The problem is: The double dip worked and Logik sent me the items to my warehosue.
It worked.

Now we wanted to start the refund but then his Account got locked before we could start the refund.




Now here is the total problem:

I sold his items due to knowing that double dips wont fail nor do my refunds.

The problem is Amazoin locked his account mid way before we could start his refund (Which was not our fault clearly and stated by amazon too)

Yet he gave me "free" items basically now without receiving a refund.

What should i do since the source of the probelm is him creating an account and getting it banned beforehand otr one of his family members fucking up.
SO hes either lying about having a second account or he actually isnt aware.
