Hello, i'm curious does people in here exercise or go to the gym, if you do be kind and share your gym workouts, i would like to hear what you guys are into aswell. I want to start to gym but i need some workouts for that :P

do you do like reps and do you do biceps and triceps in the same or just first biceps and next day triceps, i heard that is the most effective way, and you see most of the results almost right away if you're a beginner right?

i do each part a day:
1 chest
2 arm
3 rest
4 shoulder
5 leg and abs
6 back and core
7 rest

and i'm happy with this routine
