I recently started doing this "challenge" where i have depression for 1 week. My goals are to have a deeper conversation with myself and think better. So yeah i do what all depressed people do, listening to sad music etc. I always had a very happy life and never had depression. I also play the piano which gives me amazingly happy feelings so everytime i was angry or sad piano was my escape and i was able to transform all those bad feeling to good ones. Tell me what you think:)
