Going to look into this. Would be interesting to see if the credits and VPS stack on top of an enterprise license for visual studio that includes credits as well. Thanks OP. Will report back if successful
edit: managed to grab an .edu account from the marketplace but it is from a school that isn't recognized from Azure. Still working on this.
