@Kaiede, as I've said before, this situation is a result of your questionable business practices, specifically your late deliveries and responses. I cannot trust you until you refund my money. This is the only reasonable resolution to the issue you've created. This time, you have no statements or arguments that can challenge a fair resolution. Furthermore, @Kaide, you don't have the right to question my full legal right to report you when you didn't respect the agreement we had, which included timely delivery when I made my payment. Please take responsibility, contact Binance, and urge them to release the funds!
@Liars, take a look at this chat with Binance. They clearly stated that chargebacks or refunds are only allowed when authorized by the authorities or when the scammer contacts them to issue a refund while their account is frozen. The best resolution would be for @Kaiede to contact Binance and initiate a refund, and then we can consider dropping the report.

@Liars, as I stated before and as Binance stated on the screenshjots bellow , Binance can't and will never transfer funds from one account to another without the permission of the authorities or the account owner! Consequently, the only one who can resolve this issue is @Kaiede, by simply contacting Binance and allowing them to issue my refund. However, he continues to refuse cooperation!
I realize that this platform may be a haven for fraud, but I didn't expect the administrators to allow and support such blatant scams! Regardless of the type of products we are dealing with, a minimum level of respect and responsibility must be maintained to protect the environment. Personally, I have lost all hope in this platform.

@Liars .. @Kaiede I am demanding my money back, not yours, you little scammer! Refund from Exodus or whatever whatever wallet you wish, I don't care. All I want is my 120 USDT back.
If you'd read my announcement, you'd see that i am asking you as Binance saud they are waiting for you to allow them to refund the money.

@Kaiede... This is your problem! Find a way to refund me!
I've given you Binance's stance on chargebacks. They don't do chargebacks. Transactions on Binance can't be altered or reversed, as you claim!
As long as you have my funds, it's your responsibility to find a way to send them back or deliver the products I paid for. Only then will I consider dropping the report!
Note: The admins here have determined that you must refund me! But they can't guarantee it. They can only ban you if you don't refund, and that's not my main concern! Therefore, I reserve the right to not drop the report until I receive the value I paid for!
WHEN YOU ARE READY AND ASKED BINANCE TO REFUND ME SEND ME THE CASE ID SO I CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND CONFIRM IT ! THIS IS WHAT THEY SAY !
