I would like to suggest that old and new  E-Books/Guides sellers should get their ebooks - guides checked
and approved by a c.to admin or staff member before they can sell it. The staff member checks the ebook to see if its indeed a working method
and not public. I want suggest this because there are a lot of none working ebooks and old ebooks on the ebook market place
and to make it a safer section then it is now.
Hans69 did this but he is gone now.
