Ebook section mod - @bateman

Hi,
We can see an increasing concern over the selling of public ebooks, in order to stop and reduce this we need a section mod who reviews ebooks before they are placed there. This way we can stop public methods being sold, and i feel that i can take ip this responsibility. You may think how  will I be able to manage it?, well yes thats a valid query, I can be kept on trial for a few days or whatesoever you suggest. If i incase fail to stop and reduce these sales and threads, I would step back.
