Responsibilities
•
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement for existing and prospective B2C customers
•
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create engaging and successful marketing campaigns across all channels that continue to grow the ProClip USA brand
•
Develop and execute a B2B email marketing strategy
•
Design and optimize modern email marketing templates based on best practices for mobile and desktop consumption
•
Test and review all emails prior to sending including link checks, proofreading, etc
•
Manage and optimize automated email campaigns (e.g., new customers, cart abandonment)
•
Consistently run A/B tests and segmentation strategies to optimize outcomes
•
Collect and analyze email campaign metrics
•
Produce regular reports and share insights to the marketing team
•
Optimize technical email deliverability and maintain positive email reputation and health
•
Recommend and develop successful landing page strategies to maximize email marketing outcomes
•
Maintain knowledge and continue learning email best practices, strategies, and industry standards
•
T rack and provide insights on our competitors
•
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis and provide recommendations and goals as it relates to channel and company goals
•
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
•
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•
Ability to write, proofread and edit with proficiency and accuracy
•
Strong eye for design and high attention to detail
•
Proficiency working with email marketing software (We use Mailchimp, Omnisend, WhatCounts, Shopify Plus)
•
Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C (e-commerce) audiences
•
Understanding of HTML and styles as it relates to email design execution
•
Experience with Google Analytics and email metrics to turn data into insights
•
Ability to plan, prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
