Emojie Tab Had No Close Button on Smaller Screens

i have a second monitor 19Inch (1400x900)
and i leave c.to there and read shoutbox sometimes when i noticed my emojie tab or what is it called does not have a close button  but on my main screen 1920x1080 it does

I have looked and looked but have not found a general tab just for casual conversation. was wondering if there is one somewhere and if not if someone could make one.
