Enforce rule 7 of posting rules more effectively.
I've seen a lot of viruses be uploaded either with no virustotals and the person not get banned or the virustotal be fake (not the correct file) and the person not get banned. Like earlier today I was checking out a thread when it had no virustotal, downloaded it and scanned it, turned out it was a virus. Sad thing was it had 2 pages of replies so clearly some people didn't realize it was malicious and got a virus on their computer.
