Error in my Proxy Scraping Project

Hello dear Cracked.to Community i am working on a Proxy Scraper called BojeProxieZ and in the line 46  Using sw As StreamWriter = File.AppendText(String.Format("Boje ProxieZ {0} Proxies [Timeout-{1}] [{2}].txt", str, TrackBar1.Value.ToString, curtime)) it should create a .txt file with the scraped proxies and later in the lines open that .txt file but before the MessageBox shows up the program crashes and shows a error in the line could someone help me and tell me why did the error show up?
