I release the file cyberpunk.exe modified by me with hxd following the discovery that with the ryzen processors the SMT (simultaneous multi threading) does not work properly.
The fix is not mine, I just followed the guide and fixed the file for those not familiar with certain software.
The file must be replaced in Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 (for those who have the game on steam) for other platforms find the game directory and then always go to Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64.
