This is my first post and hopefully not my last.
I was once a beginner in this field and am still learning, but having an initial foundation of knowledge will make it much easier for you to start and progress in this business!!!!!!!!!!
And I want to share some initial knowledge that will help you get startedAnd I want to share some initial knowledge that will help you get started!!!
Basis for return of Items
----------- To begin with, you must understand that there are many methods of return: from various scans to different manipulations with boxes or reports. There are indeed numerous approaches, but it’s important to realize that knowing everything and doing everything are entirely different things.
Let's focus on a few return methods that really work at the moment and will work for a long time to come
FTIDV3 - Yes, you may have heard a lot about this method, but in this lesson, we are focusing on the basics. Here's the core idea: FTIDV3 is when, after receiving your goods—or more precisely, when the status shows 'Delivered'—you return the goods to the seller, after which the seller is obligated to refund your money
What is the method itself?
FTIDV3 relies on creating a situation where the returned item is marked as 'delivered' in the system but never officially scanned into the store’s inventory. This discrepancy often leads retailers to issue refunds automatically, as investigating further may be more costly and time-consuming than simply refunding the original $500
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
LIT ( LOST IN TRANSIT ) - The method speaks for itself: you provide the boxer with a label received from the seller or store, and eventually, this label should never reach its final destination. The tracking number will always show that the parcel is still in transit!!!
What is the method itself?
The thing is, this method, like the previous one, is based on real-life situations where courier services or couriers lose parcels. As a customer, you cannot be held at fault, so this method can be considered reasonable for refunds. However, be prepared for possible disputes from the store, which might take some time to resolve
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today, we have discussed two refund methods that may seem old or simple to some. However, when applied to hundreds of stores or online platforms, these remain the primary methods for refunds
BUT
That’s not to say there aren’t other methods that work better, but fewer people know about them. To get started, these two methods will suit you perfectly
If you want to learn more and are genuinely interested, feel free to let me know in any way you can, and I’ll create more lessons for you. Best of luck to both of us!
