PC -> Encrypted Drive (Vera crypt) -> paid no log vpn -> Virtual Machine -> hq proxy(socks5 preferred) -> RDP (Ones in Switzerland are the most secure due to privacy laws.
Easier, but still secure:
PC -> Encrypted Drive (Vera Crypt) -> VPN -> VM(optional)
