FSR Not Working In BO6

I just got a 7900 XT today and benchmarked COD and it still looks like FSR isn't working properly.

COD BO6 AVG FPS:

4k Ultra- 111 FPS

4k Ultra FSR Quality- 102 FPS

4k Ultra FSR Balanced- 123 FPS

4k Ultra FSR Performance- 139 FPS
