This @KSZ guy changing rules xD , he is mad because the 
thing and now he is not allowing selling IDs/PASSPORTS anymore ?
He is allowing refunding cause he got ug money from it , cause they buy more items . He doesnt care about the 2 refunders who scammed +100k $ this year and he chose to change rules and stop allowing selling DOCS .
