I sold you a working account, you blocked it yourself, there are letters on the mail and also information in the account. 
At the time of sale the account was working, after your actions the account became blocked, I told you that I will try to unblock it and contact support, at this stage we sent documents to unblock the account to help you for free, no one cheated you for 180$.

Provide screenshots from the email - the lockout email came after login/use, when you bought the account - there were no lockout emails - correct?

After your login, the account is blocked by the system and asks for additional verification due to your actions!!!

After all that you did with the account, we went to your satisfaction and offered to try to solve the problem with the account without requiring any money from you!!!!. 
And you, as a sneaky customer, wrote a complaint on the forum and did not even write anything about it in telegram!!!!.

as per your screenshot you were unable to recover .Which is sufficient proof to show that coinbase has blocked account due to some other reason.If this were due to IP reasons coinbase would have easily re opened account on redone KYC

1. When you purchased your account you were told you couldn't use a VPN!!! 
2. You logged into the account from India - the account was created for France!!!  VPN!!!
3. There were no restrictions on the account at the time of purchase, the account was verified, as evidenced by the screenshots provided to you, as well as messages to mail!!!!.

Account was logged in using a french vpn the mail was accessed using another proxy
if this were because of ip lock/new location sending kyc docs would have worked

The account was blocked when i logged in.
$180 is not a small amount
i want refund/replacement
