False Ban Notification

Been getting these for months, I think this message appears if a user gets warned by a Moderator (or if they obviously, get banned)
Thing is, if a user gets warned a lot of times, you receive dozen of messages like that, for ever, since there is no limit to when you stop receiving notification for that user

I do not randomly add people offsite, always confirm you are speaking with any other sentonta account by sending me a private message onsite
My ONLY active forum account is here on cracked.io all other sentonta names are fakes.

I know, I stated that. The issue is that I'm still receiving notifications for reports that happened a while ago, and not just once, but all the time they get warned/banned
