Additional Information: I hired this guy for doing a backend and front end web coding service . Our deal was to code the following things for $1500 :

He was late , with the project about 7 days.. and we decided the reduce the price for $1500 to $1000 because it was not delivered in time . After i decide to reduce the project price to $1000 @Fleecya agreed this and we set a new dead line, he passed also the second dead line.. and the 3th dead line, he was late 3 dead lines and never been done with the project, on the last time I was asking if he is done with the project so we can finish this, and he confirmed that he was already done with the things I written " Listing page,

Before delivered the files he was demanded to Liars and to me not to open a report if something wrong, but I opened the report because he lied to me and he did not completed this and delivered a uncompleted project ( I can provide that ).
He is blaming that there was bugs and the bugs can be fixed, so quick , but i was not trusted this guy anymore and I did not wanted to go with this anymore, When you say that a project it's done that means you fix all bugs and test before you deliver .
Because he delayed me so much I lost a lot of money , over $5000 .
He delivered the project with the following broken or missing code for :
Mobile version
Sing up features on the offer page .
Payments and calendar .
Maps on offer page.
Back End panel had missing features for what I asked for..
floating calendar on offer page was not present.
Pictures on the offer page where not fully made and working .
And many more.. he delayed me every day .. and he said 2 weeks in a raw that tomorrow will be done tomorrow will be done.. day by day .
