There are a lot of signatures that are super huge. Would be  good idea to make them a max HxW.

Yes I am with this suggestion. Few members are having huge signatures which cover almost 30% of the screen. It looks very bad.
Kindly put restrictions on height and width of signature image.

It also takes forever to load them and the webpage.

Ok, I can agree with this suggestion.
I see many people with signatures so damn big, really big. There should be a limit indeed.
