pre-order the surface book 3 (any size/configuration), select the colour of pen you want, give a valid paypal address as your payment method and complete the pre-order.
They will send the free pen out within 48 hours, then when the pre-orders of the surface are released on the 3rd June your paypal payment will fail for the surface, but you'll already have the pen!
