Get your own custom call center setup.
You will receive a unique virtual business number provided by us. (NUMBER FOR ANY COUNTRY)
Anyone who calls it, will play a custom audio you decide. "Welcome to... Press 1 for ..." (AUDIO WITH ANY LANGUAGE)
When they press a digit e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
It will call all your sip users (1-9 users) at the same time, so your whole team will receive the call! (this can be customised too, if you want it to call a specific agent first, and if they dont pickup after X time, it will call the next agent in line)
If your agent picked up the call and is now live, he/she is able to transfer the call to another agent in the group by presseing ##x#.
It will then call his/her sip account!
All sip-accounts are end-to-end encrypted, because privacy in a business is what keeps the business ahead in competition!

or
+34 6xxxxx, or +34 5xxxxx
