1. download game files from any torrent site
2. put the game files in steam games directory for eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common
3. login with the steam account given and click install and steam will discover the game.
4. open the game and let rockstar social launcher connect for one time and as soon as the game starts close the game.
5. edit hosts file at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (copy and paste from the hosts.txt given)
6. go into offline mode for steam
7. open rockstar_online block.bat
8. profit

hey can you enable family sharing in the account so that many people can log in at the same time. cuz it says the account's being used by someone on another machine.
