Gearbest e-scooter refund

Hello, 
has anyone experience with refunding huge packages like e-scooters? I want to order some from Gearbest, there is a way to checkout via PayPal, so it will be PayPal claim.
 
Anyone has experience with this? Is it possible? Does anyone know limit for claims on Gearbest via PayPal?

Wouldn't do this Gearbest has one of the worst Support. They also reply to paypal cases.

I thought these big Chinese e-shops are a good refundable. Do you know some store where this would be possible?
