So I've been trying to change my Play Store to Russia for a while but every tutorial on how to do it says you need a VPN & connect it to Russia. But none of the VPN's I tried has Russia! Even the upgraded versions...
So is there anyone who knows how to set your Play Store acc to Russia or someone who could give me a Gmail acc which already has the Play Store set to Russia? Would really help me out![/color]

Maybe give Urban VPN a try? it appears like it has the Russian servers
