Guidelines for posting on Configs.

Hey, since i seen so many not working configs and people who just post their configs and says nothing about it. I thought we could make some guidelines for posting configs so people could see when it is checked working and there is so many new crackers so they want their favorite sites in config form so please make sure that you give them the easiest experience possible to avoid support threads.
Heres an example.

Proxies: Yes
Capture: Captures account balance
Recommended Bots: 100-150
Last checked: 01/06/15

This takes no time at all and makes a world full of difference to the newer crackers among us. Thank you.

Also please report dead configs.
