[HELP] Efootball 2020 crashes after going online.

Hi guys,
I have set up a google cloud platform for gaming, i downloaded the nvidia p1000 drivers and all that, downloaded the game ( efootball pes 2020) , although whenever i start a online game it just randomly crashes saying efootball 2020 stopped working.

Also i have tried to download PES 2019 and it happens the same thing , when i try to go online it doesn't even reach the online menu... can any1 help me with this?
