[HELP!] amazon account locked with store card -,-

so with my genius (or not) I used my personal amazon account with store card .... and it got locked.
it now asks for billing verification. what now?

  1. How do I unlock my locked Amazon account?
  2. Log in to an active Amazon account. ...
  3. Once logged in, contact support via chat.
  4. Provide verification details when asked.
  5. Ask for an account specialist and explain the situation.
  6. The account specialist should be able to help you reinstate your account.

if only it was that easy. 
I don't have the details! the card was bought around here.
