I don't mean score literally, There is no visible score the rep can see but what they can see is how old you account is if you have past purchases ect. and thats how they determine if your a real user or a bad acter trying to abuse the refund system. The "score" calculation helps us understand there thinking and blend in with the real users easily. And sacrificial testing I've got nothing for you its only what i've observed and got told by insiders. But think about it a brand new account with no prior purchases is alot more sus than a old loyal customer
