HOW CAN I CONNECT A VPN ON AZURE RDP please i really need help

I always cracked on my device but now it got really slower and bad :()
I SEARCHED UP FOR RDp and after hard time i got the edu mail azure method 
1- i used a proxyless checker and got banned
2-someone told me to use a vpn ony express works 
3 - i dont have an express vpn i only have nord vpn
4-i tried vyper vpn   - ip vanish - nord - openvpn  nothing WORKED 
5 is it because im using windows server 2016 do i need to change for regular windows 10 ???

you need to open oport for vpn

Openvpn supports azure. Why doesn't it work for you, what's the problem?
