HOW CAN I PRINT SOMETHING WITHOUT QUOTATION MARKS?

Ok basically I need to print a quite long and complex text that has a lot of quotation marks, adjusting it with quotation marks aat the beginning and end of every single sentece its just a big headache I also tried to esxape the quotation marks using \ but it doesnt do the job is there a way to maybe assign the text without using quotation marks to a variable and then printing that variable?
