Hacker identified in Ryazan by FSB operatives

The regional FSB investigative department has opened a criminal case against a resident of the Ryazan region for using malicious computer programs (Part 1 of Article 273 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the department's press service, he "obtained unauthorized access to Internet resources for the purpose of collecting information and personal data."

The hacker used special software to bypass computer information protection tools. Even a photo of the interface of one of these tools, which can be used, for example, to hack CCTV cameras, has been published.
