Has Amazon Refunding been patched? Any help appreciated!

So, I'm new to this scene but Im going to try to refund/se all the relatively expensive parts for a new gaming PC and will let yall know the steps if it succeeds BUT,
I'm refunding amazon uk and when the items are below 100 pounds it doesn't need a one time password but when its around 150 pounds or above, it says "Signature or one-time password required at time of delivery.Please ensure someone will be available to receive this delivery." and i was wondering if this would fuck up my refund? Any help appreciated!!
