Heartsender.com scammer

So why i called him scammer?
I bought him sender with sms addons 150 $ ,he never inform me in his shits sender work only :
Amazon SES 50k
Rackspace SMTP/Webmail
Ionos ( .com , co.uk , .de , es , .fr ,.mx )
Ionos Admin ( you can create your smtp )
xServer . jp
Strato Webmail / SMTP
Strato Admin
Biglobe JP  Webmail
t-Online SMTP
Turbo Server data SMTP 50k ( With Login Panel )
ServerData Webmail
Emailser 50k
Sendin pulse Smtp
sendinblue smtp


So my smtp never worked in him sender (my smtp format 195.158.3.38 [email protected] exchange433534).
Every time asked me for a smtp to test it,after i paste it a valid smtp check to delivery he dont answer 4-5 days ,after 4-5 days come online and says i gived him dead smtp
give me another one,same shits dont answer again 4-5 days,this happend 4 time.
Now dont answer anymore,dont want to refund,dont want to chnage with another tool.
