So i was gonna refund a "Xbox one controller Blue" and I claimed that it didn't arrive I ordered it on 28th of November and only claimed DNA today, They then threw me to another rep and he said they need to investigate further 3 days and tell them if it doesn't come after the 20th 

Does that mean that the refund will be unsuccessful? Considering how long i took to claim DNA

Anybody please help

Otherwise tell them the neighbor had it & refund the item. then FTID the item.
