Help/Ideas with VZW Iphone Hotspot to IOS Macbook... Repping a rockin .30 Mbps!!

Rural area. Everyone near me has comcast but i've always been the magical exception. Bee using hotspot for years but after about the first 5 days ea month I get slowed down. Average 0.24-0.36 Mbps Download speed ?

Cant take it anymore. Ideas/Direction on how to bypass this?

" sudo sysctl -w net.inet.ip.ttl=65  " doesn't work and obviously VPNs do not either

try using the SIM card in a openWRT router. i bought mine and added WRT then used TTL. shoot me a message and ill give you the model i bought.
