Whats the best programming languages to learn how to creat checker?

If you're creating for Windows only, I'd say C# or VB.NET. Otherwise Python is probably the way to go IMO. You can use other programming languages though, to an extent. Part of it has to do with what website you are targeting and if there's any special requirements (ie Selenium). I think most of the source code I've seen posted is coded in C#. Take a look at the source codes forum.
