Help with Hardware setup!

Hi, I need some help choosing a new computer ...

I have today:
CPU: I5 7400 3.00GHZ 
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3000
MB: H110M-K
GPU: Crossfire of AMD Radeon HD 7700 series

My daily use is:
100% of time,
4 browsers, IE, Chrome, Opera and Mozilla.
VM with 2 machines runing
Whatsapp
Telegram
Bluestacks
Outolook for windows
And other random softwares ...

My question is, choose between intel or amd?
Which processor to choose?
Memory, buy more 32gb of 3000, or buy 32gb of 4000?
Would stick with 64gb of 3000 or 32gb of 4000?
Video card I don't need to change, because I don't use this computer for games ...

What I want is speed in processing programs ... I want SPEED on the computer ...
What do you suggest?

My money available for that is satisfactory ...
