Hiring experienced python dev for a quick job on discord api

I need a python dev who can find a method to bypass rate-limiting on Discords api for account creation.
I am quite new to using python requests library. I have tried, changing headers, and proxies but to no avail. 
Should be a quick job for an experienced dev.

Proxies won't work for this shit, as idk it take something else as request header to validate your request.
