I Do Little Bit of Research and Got The Way To Bypass it.
But i Found a Disadvantage That you Only Break Lock upto a12 Bionic Apple Processors

:- First of all i opened my Kali Linux and Download Checkr1n (it uses checkmate un-patchable exploit upto a12 bionic)
I Just Jail Break it. It is Pretty Easy Just Follow The Instructions and When You Visit To The Recovery Mode Then Jail Break your iPhone
:- But After That When You Restart Your iPhone Then You Will Find That Your iPhone still Have Activation Lock ? What You Have To Do Now is To Remove Startup Application
:- Now Connect With Your iPhone Through SSH and rename Startup Application
You will find at "Applications/setup.app
After That You Will be able to Use Your iPhone Again
